Brushes

How to turn the imagepack into brushes on Photoshop:
01. Copy/save the imagepack, and then open it in your Photoshop.
02. Select the brush that you like using rectangle marquee tool/polygonal lasso tool.
03. Go to Edit > Define Brushes and click OK.

How to turn the imagepack into brushes on Paint Shop Pro:
01-02. Do the same steps (1-2) like above.
03. Click on the “Brush” icon, and select the brush that selected with marquee tool icon, and then click OK.

Newest are at the top.
