School has been pretty hectic lately. Mainly about the Science Olympiad thing. It’s not my favorite topic to talk about usually, but this is the only thing that is just… annoying me lately. In short, everything is changing. The person who leads the team changed (formerly school’s vice-principal, in my school we have two vice-principals, now the one who’s handling everything is the another one, who is worse than the previous one) and he changed my previous trainers, which I was really feeling comfortable with. Now my Science Olympiad team is very unorganized, and here, we (especially the ones in Physics team), remain confused.
Yes, the competition isn’t on April 5. The new leader forgot to tell us… that it’s actually on April 10. *hammer*

Today I accidentally stumbled upon my old Photobucket account, and I found screenshots of my past layouts on my Piczo, Blue-Detective-13. I was like o_0 when I realized that I actually made these stuff like long time ago. I didn’t even remember my Piczo URL at first, but now I’m currently browsing it haha. I also remembered that before brilliantmistakes.co.nr, I had a few Piczo sites, which were: always-blue-13, holmes-bakerstreet13-x, blue-detective-13, and beautifulmistakes13-x… and believe it or not, I used to own a Piczo site (about Stardoll stuff) called Macadamia-Nut.

Oh, and FriendsterBoomChaCha. And Xoxoxox-Fscontents.
Now. What would happen if I ended up picking Macadamia-Nut as my domain? Or worse, FriendsterBoomChaCha (or anything revolves around that)? Maybe I’d get a lot of visitors who were, at first, looking for an online shop of macadamia nuts but ended up stumbled upon a resources site. But I’m very grateful with the fact that I didn’t pick Macadamia-Nut. Because maybe, if I chose it instead, only after a few weeks the name would drive me nuts.

Just a few seconds ago, I stumbled upon this “Competition” page on my old Piczo. There were pages such as: “Catch The Naughty Dot” – put a small dot and put it on the “Marquee” mode or something, with maximum speed, and link it to a page that says, “Yay you catch the naughty dot!”
Another page called “Guess the Celebrity”; put a little effect on someone’s picture, and write a text on the same page that says, “This is ____. If you already know what’s the answer, click here!!!” Link the text to a password protected page, with the celebrity name as the password. If you’re right, ta-da! “Fill out the shoutbox with your name and site, congrats you guessed it right!!!”
The page that made me shocked was my about me page.

It took me five minute to write the whole sentence, and now I can’t stand how could I write my whole About Me page that way.
Those are the silliest moments I’ve ever had in my world wide web history. Even though they were silly, I missed those moments in a weird way, when I spent ages in front of my computer, wanting and craving for visitors, messing around with Paint (I didn’t even know what Adobe Photoshop/PSP is…) desperately trying to figure out iFrame and trying to use Photoshop brushes in Paint.
But hey, Piczo is where everything started. So I have to thank Piczo for that, because without it, maybe now I’m still playing Stardoll and dressing up my MeDoll. Or frustrated because I’ve already spent all of my StarDollars for a fake Donna Karan New York’s slim charcoal jumpsuit.
